Regenerative agriculture

At Danone, agriculture is central to our mission. We maintain close relationships with over 58,000 farmers and are committed to transforming agriculture to address global challenges and feed a growing population. Danone’s Regenerative Agriculture Program focuses on mitigating climate change by reducing GHG emissions and enhancing carbon sequestration. It also aims to improve suppliers’ resilience to climate change. The program is built on three pillars: protecting soils, water, and biodiversity; empowering farmers; and bolstering animal health and welfare.
